Funeral and memorial program templates
Programs for homegoing services, memorials and celebrations of life, made to honor the person you love. Each one opens in Canva, so you can add photos and words from your phone or computer and print at home or at a print shop.
If you’re here because you’ve lost someone, we’re so sorry for your loss. These templates are here to make one part of this week a little easier.

Questions families ask
How do I edit the template?
Your download includes a Start Here guide. Tap the button inside it to open the template in Canva, where a free account works. Then replace the sample photo, names, dates and service details with your own, from your phone or computer.
What size does it print?
The rose programs print on 11 x 17 paper and fold to 8.5 x 11. The memorial and magazine style programs have 8.5 x 11 pages you can print on regular Letter paper at home. The trifolds print on 11 x 17 and fold in thirds. Every listing names its exact sizes.
Can a print shop print it for me?
Yes. Download the finished PDF from Canva and take it to a local print shop. The Start Here guide tells you what to ask for.
How soon will I have it?
Right after checkout. Your files are in your Etsy account under Purchases and reviews, and Etsy emails you a link.
Is anything mailed to me?
No. These are digital templates. You print the programs yourself or have a print shop print them.
What if something goes wrong?
Message us on Etsy. If a file won’t open, prints wrong, or isn’t what you hoped, we’ll fix it, send you a new version, or refund you within 30 days.
